Injury Rehabilitation

The team at Melbourne Yoga and Pilates is led by accredited exercise physiologists who specialises in exercise rehabilitation. They can help with prescribing exercises to reduce pain levels for injuries related to the workplace or not. Our practitioners will perform an initial assessment to determine weak or tight areas, then prescribe a multidisciplinary approach to help recover from the injury.  We take Workcover patients as well as individuals with private health insurance or Medicare Chronic Disease Management plans.
