Looking to get a start with some exercise but have health related hurdles in the way? There is a safe and effective way to exercise for everyone, no matter their health status or ability, and Exercise Physiology aims to find that solution for you.
Exercise Physiologists are University trained allied health professionals who specialise in the prevention, treatment and management of injuries and/or chronic disease through exercise prescription. These interventions are evidence-based and include health and physical activity education, advice and support, and lifestyle modification with a strong focus on achieving behavioural change.
Our goal is to work with you to identify areas where you may be struggling and will work hard to ensure you receive the support, education and appropriate exercise program to guide you through your journey. Whether it is returning from a sport related injury, or feeling more confident in the garden, we are here to help!

Our therapists use trigger points massage techniques to bring relief to neck and back aches caused by sitting long hours in a high stress work environment.
