Melbourne Yoga and Pilates is an exercise physiology and physiotherapy clinic in the Melbourne CBD. We work with individuals who have health conditions or injuries and are looking to improve their overall wellbeing through movement. Stanley Hung is a registered physiotherapist with a variety of skills. He studied exercise science at University of Toronto and clinical training in physiotherapy at the University of British Columbia. Stanley is also heavily involved in exercise and physical activity research. He did a Master of Science that focused on helping people with cancer adopt an active lifestyle, and is currently doing a PhD at the University of Melbourne focusing on how exercise helps people affected by stroke. 

Stanley is extremely passionate about helping people from all walks of life towards an active and healthy lifestyle. In addition to hand-on treatment techniques, Stanley strongly believes that prescribing targeted exercises is a key part of helping you achieve your goals. He also loves to educate and talk about strategies that you can incorporate to manage your aches and pains and to be excited about leading an active lifestyle. With Stanley, you are very much in the driver seat of your care plan! He looks forward to helping our Melbourne CBD community improve their health through physiotherapy.
