We offer a variety of yoga, pilates and barre classes with sessions running early in the morning, at lunch time and after work. Because of our convenient location in the CBD you can be sure to never miss a class again. Our classes cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced, providing you with enough challenge to improve while also working at your own pace. Our group classes include Power Flow, Power Flow-Meditation, Core Flow, Power Barre and mat Pilates. The premium classes include Pilates X, Power Pilates and Advanced Flow.
*If you have injuries or limited mobility we suggest you see one of our Exercise Physiologists or Personal Trainers before you join a group class setting.
