Melbourne Yoga and Pilates is an exercise physiology and training studio in Melbourne CBD. We work with busy professionals and individuals who have health conditions or injuries and are looking to improve their overall wellbeing through movement. Our passion is helping each individual achieve their very best in their health and wellbeing and get more out of life. WHO ARE EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGISTS?
Exercise physiologists (EPs) are exercise specialists who work with individuals with chronic/acute conditions (e.g. diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, neurological disorders, musculoskeletal injuries, etc). EPs are formerly trained and qualified and undergo a minimum of 4-year university education. They work in a team approach and liaise closely with medical practitioners to maximise the heath outcome of clients. At Melbourne Yoga and Pilates we:
