Our second most requested corporate class is Pilates. A great way to build full body strength using minimal equipment, improve posture and flexibility with a mat Pilates class. Pilates is a low-impact but strength-building type of exercise that is suitable for the everyday person of any shape, age or body type.


A popular option is bootcamp whereby we combine a fitness workout with teamwork to increase cardiovascular fitness, strength and endurance for better work performance throughout the day.

Injury Rehabilitation


The team at Melbourne Yoga and Pilates is led by accredited exercise physiologists who specialises in exercise rehabilitation. They can help with prescribing exercises to reduce pain levels for injuries related to the workplace or not. Our practitioners will perform an initial assessment to determine weak or tight areas, then prescribe a multidisciplinary approach to help recover from the injury. 
We take Workcover patients as well as individuals with private health insurance or Medicare Chronic Disease Management plans.
