The Melbourne Yoga and Pilates Team is led by exercise physiologist and strength and conditioning coach Wynter Chan. We have some of Melbourne's best Exercise Physiologists, Exercise Scientists & Physiotherapists and our passion is helping each individual achieve their very best in their health and wellbeing and get more out of life. We understand that lifestyles are now busier and more stressful than ever. That is why we created our studio in the centre of the Melbourne CBD.

- Began his career as a Personal Trainer in 2009 before completing a Bachelor of Exercise Science in 2014

- Guided by the belief that health is the foundation for living a fuller, longer, and more meaningful life.
- Personal experience undergoing major lung surgery due to his excessive relationship with swimming and triathlon racing over many years. This profoundly shaped his understanding of health, recovery, performance, and longevity.
- Proud and devoted uncle and godfather to five children.

- Experience as an ice hockey player representing the Victorian Women's Team has shaped my understanding of performance, injury management, resilience, and the importance of staying active throughout life.
- Special interest in working with older adults, focusing on balance, muscular endurance, strength training, and exercise interventions for osteopenia and osteoporosis.
- Passionate about supporting women impacted by breast cancer and particularly enjoy running rehabilitation exercise groups that help participants regain confidence, strength, and function.
