Pre-natal exercise and post-natal recovery
At Melbourne Yoga and Pilates we offer a wide variety of yoga and pilates classes as well as personalised fitness programs that can assist you during and after your pregnancy. Based on your fitness level prior to the pregnancy we will suggest a mix of group and private classes to help you preparing both the body and the mind for the work of labour. For example we might suggest you join some of our mat Pilates classes alongside private Pilates sessions to get more personalised guidance on how to work to improve core and pelvic integrity. Or, if you have been a long time yoga practitioner, we might suggest you join one of our group yoga classes in combination with a personal trainer session to help you improve strength.
