Our trainers are also qualified Exercise Scientists and Exercise Physiologists. No more worrying about freshly-qualified personal trainers. Ours are tertiary-qualified and not only have knowledge on fitness but about injuries and medical conditions. Here we combine different exercise disciplines like barre, Pilates, yoga and resistance training, to ensure our sessions are holistic as well as helping you to achieve the results you are after.
