Melbourne Clinical Exercise previously located at 365 Little Collins Street is now located within Melbourne Yoga and Pilates.
We offer comprehensive exercise solutions for clinical clients looking to adopt a healthy lifestyle through exercise. Each exercise program is customised to individual needs and abilities and designed by an accredited Exercise Physiologist. We work with a variety of conditions including musculoskeletal injuries, cardiovascular, metabolic and respiratory conditions. We accept Medicare EPC referrals, DVAs and provide on-the-spot HICAPS rebates for clients with private health insurance.
Our central Melbourne CBD location allows you to make appointments during your lunch break, before or after work, making a sustainable and consistent healthy lifestyle an achievable goal. Your ongoing options can be to self-manage or to join our 3-on-1 Clinical Pilates sessions. Who are Exercise Physiologists and how can they help me?
Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) are allied health practitioners with the highest level of training for exercise prescription. AEPs undergo at least four years of tertiary education and provides graduates with the skills and knowledge to competently design and deliver safe and effective exercise programs for individuals with acute or chronic conditions and injuries. Their holistic approach ensures that it is a multi-faceted approach to exercise intervention and behavioural change.

Yoga is well-known for its benefits in increasing flexibility and strength but do you know that it is also a great medium for exercise rehabilitation? Our yoga-trained exercise physiologist Wynter Chan at Melbourne Yoga and Pilates can customise a private program for you that incorporates yoga principles that helps you in rehabilitating from an injury. Correct alignment in a yoga practice can lead to reduced pain and discomfort, increased body awareness and a stronger, leaner body. Clinical Yoga is best done in a 1-on-1 private setting to cater for your unique needs and abilities.
